Through a combination of nutrition counseling, fitness testing, and education, you will learn how to manage and/or modify your nutrition and exercise choices. Using a collaborative approach, BodyAware will also help you establish and prioritize your nutrition and fitness related goals. If you need a little motivation to jumpstart your health and fitness or just want to revamp an old routine, BodyAware is for you.
